The invention discloses an environment-friendly halogen-free flame-retardant PP floor and a preparation method thereof, the environment-friendly halogen-free flame-retardant PP floor comprises a PP wear-resistant layer, a PP color film, a PP base material layer and a PP balance layer, the PP wear-resistant layer and the balance layer are prepared by a phosphorus flame retardant in an auxiliary manner, and the PP base material layer is prepared by a rare earth flame retardant in an auxiliary manner. From the two aspects of the wear-resistant layer and the base material layer, according to different requirements of the wear-resistant layer and the base material layer on flame-retardant characteristics, the flame-retardant floor is prepared by adopting flame retardants with different characteristics in an auxiliary manner, so that the flame-retardant floor has excellent flame-retardant performance and also has an environment-friendly characteristic, and the basic performance of the floor is not influenced. By adopting metal ions in rare earth, the decomposition rate of aluminum hydroxide can be accelerated in the combustion process, and a good flame-retardant effect is achieved. 本发明公开了一种环保无卤阻燃性PP地板及其制备方法,包括PP耐磨层、PP彩膜、PP基材层、PP平衡层,其中PP耐磨层和平衡层采用磷系阻燃剂辅助制备而成,PP底片\基材层采用稀土类阻燃剂辅助制备而成。本发明从耐磨层和基材层两方面着手,根据其对阻燃特性的不同要求,采用不同特性的阻燃剂辅助制备而成,具有优异的阻燃性能的同时,还具备环保的特性,且地板本身的基础性能不受影响。本发明采用稀土中的金属离子,在燃烧过程中,可加速氢氧化铝的分解速率,起到良好的阻燃效果。采用稀土阻燃剂法,地板的发烟量非常小,并且,在加工的温度范围中,由于氢氧化铝含量较低,所以PP基材的表观更光滑。
