The invention discloses an adjustable grouting exhaust device which comprises an upper limiting piece, a plurality of steel bars and a lower limiting piece, the tops of the steel bars are connected to the upper limiting piece, the bottoms of the steel bars are connected to the lower limiting piece, the steel bars are sleeved with a grouting device, a grouting opening and an air outlet are formed in the grouting device, and the air outlet is communicated with the grouting opening. A flow meter is arranged on the grouting opening, and an air pressure sensor is arranged on the air outlet. The adjustable air pressure control system is designed in the grouting exhaust device, so that in the grouting process, the air pressure can be adjusted in real time according to the viscosity and flow velocity requirements of the slurry, and the air pressure is accurately controlled by using the electromagnetic valve and the microcontroller, so that the grouting efficiency is improved while the fluidity of the slurry is ensured. Slurry splashing or equipment damage caused by too large air pressure is avoided.
