The invention belongs to the technical field of building civil engineering, and particularly relates to an old-imitation cement wall face repairing process and application thereof. The repairing process comprises the following steps: 1) treating a wall surface by using an adhesion agent, and leveling by using polymer waterproof mortar cement; (2) a mixture of ordinary Portland cement, sand and water is used for slurry hanging and plastering, and fiber gridding cloth is used for compacting and flattening; (3) scraping with vintage cement mortar, leveling, and setting a contrast experiment group of the same treatment; the vintage cement mortar comprises the following raw materials: ordinary Portland cement, white Portland cement, yellow sand and water. (4) when the contrast experiment group reaches an initial setting state, wetting the wall surface which is scraped and leveled by the vintage cement mortar, and rubbing and pressing the wall surface by using a 32D sponge mat; and 5) after the wall surface is rubbed and pressed, when the strength of the wall surface is not less than 60%, cleaning with a passivating agent, drying, and spraying a sealing curing agent. According to the invention, the antique effect is realized under a specific repairing process, the long-time non-fading and non-falling-off effects are maintained, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明属于建筑土建技术领域，具体涉及一种仿旧水泥墙面修缮工艺及其应用。本发明修缮工艺包括：1)用界面剂处理墙面，再用聚合物防水砂浆水泥找平；2)使用普通硅酸盐水泥、砂和水混合料挂浆抹实，并用纤维网格布压实平整；3)然后用仿旧水泥砂浆批刮、找平处理，设相同处理的对比实验组；仿旧水泥砂浆原料包括：普通硅酸盐水泥、白色硅酸盐水泥、黄砂和水；4)当对比实验组达到初凝状态时，润湿经仿旧水泥砂浆批刮、找平处理的墙面，使用32D海绵垫搓压墙面；5)搓压墙面后，当墙面的强度不小于60％时，钝化剂清洗、干燥、喷涂密封固化剂。本发明在特定修缮工艺下实现仿旧效果，保持长时间不褪色、不脱落，延长使用年限。
