The door and window modularized transmission assembly comprises a transmission rod and at least two lock nail assemblies, the front end and the rear end of the transmission rod are connected with the lock nail assemblies in a buckled mode, and when the number of the lock nail assemblies is at least three, connecting rods are detachably connected between every two adjacent lock nail assemblies; according to the assembly, the splicing design is adopted, the transmission rod, the lock nail assemblies and the connecting rod are arranged, under the condition of the conventional length, the transmission rod and the two lock nail assemblies are connected in a buckled mode, when the longer length is needed, the connecting rod is connected with the lock nail assemblies till the assembly is spliced to the set length, overall operation is easy and convenient, and the overall structure is practical and reliable; therefore, the bending deformation problem and the transportation problem of the long transmission rod are solved.
