The invention discloses a solar photovoltaic curtain wall heat utilization system and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of photovoltaic power generation, by installing a temperature sensor in a cavity formed by a solar photovoltaic curtain wall and a wall body, when the solar photovoltaic curtain wall is applied to a vertically installed solar photovoltaic curtain wall, bottom and top electric shutters are installed at the bottom and the top of the cavity, and the temperature sensor is installed in the cavity; when the electric shutter is applied to a transversely-installed solar photovoltaic curtain wall, the left electric shutter and the right electric shutter are installed on the left portion and the right portion of the cavity respectively, all the electric shutters are connected with the control box, when the temperature of air in the cavity is higher than a preset temperature threshold value, the electric shutters are controlled to be opened, and an air flow channel is formed in the cavity; and the gas in the cavity is fed into a heat recovery and comprehensive utilization device so as to supply heat to an indoor heat utilization terminal. The solar photovoltaic curtain wall heat utilization system can effectively solve the problems that when a solar photovoltaic curtain wall works for a long time, the temperature of a back plate is too high, and the power generation efficiency, safety, service life and the like of a photovoltaic module are affected.
