Wherein dry ice is added into a stirring device in the stirring step and stirred together, the dry ice firstly reduces the temperature of UHPC premixed powder, the temperature of subsequently added raw materials can be rapidly reduced to be below the required temperature condition, the dry ice is adopted for cooling, resource waste is not caused, the potential safety hazard of leakage is avoided, and under the action of the dry ice, the UHPC premixed powder can be uniformly mixed with the UHPC premixed powder. The temperature in the stirring barrel is controlled within a fixed interval and cannot be increased, the rheological property and the hardened microstructure of the UHPC are improved, the compactness of the UHPC is enhanced, the capillary action is reduced, the airtight and impermeable performance is improved, and the impermeability grade is greatly improved.
