Recycled concrete containing light rubber and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete materials, and particularly discloses recycled concrete containing light rubber and a preparation method of the recycled concrete. The recycled concrete containing the light rubber comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 194 to 198 parts of cement; 34 to 36 parts of fly ash; 375 to 380 parts of fine aggregate; 595 to 600 parts of coarse aggregate; 160 to 170 parts of modified light rubber powder; 2.8 to 3.2 parts of an auxiliary agent; the preparation method of the modified light rubber powder comprises the following steps: 1) crushing and screening waste tires to obtain light rubber powder; 2) adding the light rubber powder into the modification liquid for modification, filtering out solids after modification is completed, and drying to obtain modified light rubber powder; the modified liquid is a compound of water, sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate and aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The method has the advantage that the strength and the crack resistance of the concrete doped with the rubber powder are further improved.
