The invention relates to the technical field of concrete ground repairing materials, in particular to a rapid repairing agent for a high-freeze-thaw-resistant concrete pavement. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350-450 parts of quick-setting and quick-hardening high belite sulphoaluminate cement, 50-150 parts of Portland cement, 0-30 parts of silica fume, 45-600 parts of river sand, 0-5 parts of a cement plasticizer, 0.3-5 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of a retarder, 1-10 parts of a coagulant, 5-35 parts of a crystallizing agent, 1.5-10 parts of a nano nucleating agent and 15-60 parts of a binder. The compactness and crack resistance of the repairing material are improved; meanwhile, the coagulant and the nano nucleating agent are added, so that the early strength of the cement repairing material can be remarkably improved, the initial setting time of the cement repairing material is shortened, and the early compressive strength of mortar is improved, so that rapid repairing of a concrete pavement is realized, and compared with base concrete which is high in bonding strength, low in shrinkage and high in impermeability, and the freeze-thaw resistance is doubled compared with the standard requirement of the freeze-thaw resistance.
