The invention relates to ITO (indium tin oxide) granulation powder as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method of the ITO granulation powder comprises the following steps: (1) ball-milling and mixing tin oxide, indium oxide, a binder, a dispersant and deionized water to obtain mixed slurry; (2) carrying out spray granulation on the mixed slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain ITO granulation powder; the rotating speed of the spray granulation in the step (2) is 15000 to 2200rpm (revolutions per minute). By controlling the rotating speed of spray granulation and the using amount of the binder, the ITO granulation powder which is small in particle size, high in fluidity and low in powder breakage rate can be obtained, and the performance requirement of the ITO granulation powder serving as a target raw material can be met.
本发明涉及一种ITO造粒粉及其制备方法与应用,所述ITO造粒粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)球磨混合氧化锡、氧化铟、粘结剂、分散剂以及去离子水,得到混合浆料;(2)将步骤(1)所得混合浆料进行喷雾造粒,得到ITO造粒粉;步骤(2)所述喷雾造粒的转速为15000‑22000rpm。本发明通过控制喷雾造粒的转速与粘结剂的用量,可以得到粒径较小、流动性较强且粉体破碎率低的ITO造粒粉,能够满足作为靶材原料的性能要求。
