The chemical general formula of the lithium-containing silicon-based compact ceramic is LiIn1-xMxSiO4 (x is greater than or equal to 0.35 and less than or equal to 0.8), M must contain a Yb element and also comprises at least one element of Zn, Ni, Ga, Y, Eu, Ho, Er and Tm, and the sum of lower corner marks of the elements in M is equal to the value of x. According to the method, a traditional solid-phase reaction sintering method is adopted, the process is simple, and the olivine type lithium-containing silicon-based compact ceramic with excellent comprehensive microwave dielectric properties can be obtained under the condition of not additionally adding a sintering aid or carrying out hot pressing sintering.
本发明提供了一种橄榄石型的含锂硅基致密陶瓷及其制备方法。所述含锂硅基致密陶瓷的化学通式为LiIn1‑xMxSiO4(0.35≤x≤0.8),其中M必含Yb元素并且还包括Zn、Ni、Ga、Y、Eu、Ho、Er、Tm中的至少1种元素,且M中各元素下角标总和等于x值。本发明采用传统固相反应烧结法,工艺简单,在不需要额外添加烧结助剂或者热压烧结的情况下,便可获得综合微波介电性能优良的橄榄石型含锂硅基致密陶瓷。
