The screening device comprises two stages of screening units, the first screening unit screens out asphalt concrete particles in a first particle size range and discharges the asphalt concrete particles to a stage batching bin, and oversize materials are screened by a second screening unit; the second screening unit is used for screening out asphalt concrete particles in a second particle size range and discharging the asphalt concrete particles to a graded batching bin, and oversize materials are crushed by the crushing and shaping device and then screened out to the graded batching bin through a particle size adjustable screen; a discharge port of the secondary batching bin is connected with an asphalt mixing plant; according to the integrated equipment, crushing, screening and grading of asphalt concrete are integrated, the material circulation time is shortened, the environment-friendly requirement can be met by conducting tail end dust removal through the environment-friendly dust removal system arranged on the asphalt mixing plant, the equipment consumption is reduced, the occupied area is reduced, and the equipment and environment-friendly cost input is reduced.
