Dredging system and dredging method
The invention relates to a desilting system which comprises a first ship body, a second ship body and a third ship body. The hoisting equipment is arranged on the first ship body; the water-permeable mud scraping device comprises a shell with a first opening in the rear end and a plurality of water-permeable holes; the bag body is opened and fixed to the inner wall of the shell in an attached mode and is provided with a second opening, and the second opening faces the first opening; the first end of the first cable is connected with the output end of the hoisting equipment, and the second end is connected with the front end of the shell. According to the dredging system, the first ship body, the hoisting equipment and the permeable mud scraping device are integrated, meanwhile, the functions of ship body movement, throwing and traction of the permeable mud scraping device and sludge unloading are achieved, the structural design is ingenious, and the equipment cost and energy consumption are reduced. Meanwhile, the permeable mud scraping device has the advantages of being low in disturbance and water content when used for scraping and collecting the mud, the hoisting equipment can rotate to adjust the direction of the permeable mud scraping device, and the desilting coverage range is wide.
本发明涉及清淤系统,包括:第一船体,行驶于待清淤水体区域内;起重设备,设置于第一船体上;透水刮泥装置,包括:壳体,后端具有第一开口,开设有若干透水孔;袋体,撑开并贴合固定于壳体内壁,具有第二开口,第二开口朝向第一开口设置;第一缆绳,第一端连接起重设备的输出端,第二端连接壳体前端。本清淤系统将第一船体、起重设备、透水刮泥装置整合为一体,同时实现船体移动、透水刮泥装置抛投和牵引以及淤泥卸载功能,结构设计巧妙,减少了设备成本和能耗。同时,透水刮泥装置刮取收集淤泥具有低扰动、低含水率的优点,起重设备能够旋转调整透水刮泥装置方位,清淤覆盖范围广。
