Precast block slotting-free masonry method based on BIM (Building Information Modeling)
The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based precast block slotting-free masonry method, which comprises the following steps of: mounting a pipeline based on a BIM model, and temporarily fixing the pipeline; standard prefabricated blocks and slotted prefabricated blocks are adopted to be staggered up and down to build a wall body, pipeline grooves of the vertically adjacent slotted prefabricated blocks are opposite in vertical position, and the pipeline grooves form a space for containing pipelines in the vertical direction; and filling a gap between the slotted precast block and the pipeline with mortar. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the prefabricated blocks are adopted for on-site masonry of the wall body, meanwhile, the prefabricated blocks are divided into the standard prefabricated blocks and the slotted prefabricated blocks, the two kinds of prefabricated blocks are constructed together, the integrity of the masonry wall body is guaranteed, the final strength and quality of the wall body are improved, a completed pipeline groove is formed through the slotted prefabricated blocks, and the construction efficiency is improved. The embedding and the arrangement of the pipeline in the wall body are ensured, and the alternate construction of the pipeline and the wall body is completed.
