The invention provides a stone dry-hanging joint and a construction method thereof. The stone dry-hanging joint comprises a transverse keel profile, a vertical keel profile, a first connecting corner connector, a first fixing bolt, a first adjusting bolt, a first adjusting nut, a second adjusting nut, a second adjusting bolt, a first hanging piece and a first connecting piece. A movable adjusting opening is formed in one side of the vertical keel profile; the first connecting corner connector is connected with the transverse keel profile through a first fixing bolt; the first connecting corner connector is connected with a first adjusting bolt through a first adjusting nut, and the first adjusting bolt is in sliding connection with the movable adjusting opening; a first movable sliding groove is formed in the transverse keel profile, and the first connecting piece is connected with the second adjusting bolt through the second adjusting nut. The second adjusting bolt is in sliding connection with the first movable sliding groove. A first back bolt is arranged on the first hanging piece and connected with the stone in an inserted mode. And the side, away from the stone, of the first hanging piece is connected with the first connecting piece in a clamped mode, so that the problem that a user cannot conveniently adjust the position of the keel is solved.
