The invention discloses an automobile electric small door double-damping clutch actuator and an operation method thereof.The automobile electric small door double-damping clutch actuator comprises a motor, a worm and gear assembly, a first gear assembly and a second gear assembly, each of the first gear assembly and the second gear assembly comprises two coaxially-arranged transmission units and a damping sleeve, and the damping sleeves are fixed to the transmission units on the input side; the second gear assembly is in interference fit with the transmission unit on the output side in the radial direction, the second gear assembly is connected to the small electric door, a one-way bearing is further arranged between the two transmission units of the second gear assembly, and the one-way bearing provides locking torque in the opening direction for the two transmission units of the second gear assembly. The two transmission units of the second gear assembly are allowed to rotate relative to each other in the closing direction, so that manual operation in the power losing and opening process is achieved.
