The guide rail assembly comprises a guide rail, each mounting assembly is arranged at one end part of the guide rail; the mounting assembly comprises a mounting frame and a fastener, and the fastener is detachably connected to the guide rail and the mounting frame; the mounting frame is mounted on a vehicle door; wherein the guide rail is configured as a rolled piece; the mounting frame is configured as an integral injection molding part; fixing holes are formed in the ends of the guide rails, mounting holes corresponding to the fixing holes are formed in the mounting frame, the fasteners sequentially penetrate through the corresponding fixing holes and mounting holes, and the fasteners are in interference fit with the mounting holes. According to the technical scheme, the guide rail assembly convenience can be improved while the mold manufacturing cost and period of the guide rail are reduced.
