The invention discloses a green energy-saving door and window with heat insulation teeth, and relates to the technical field of doors and windows, the green energy-saving door and window comprises a window frame and a glass mounting frame matched with the window frame, and the glass mounting frame is hinged to the window frame through hinges; the glass mounting frame is defined by four aluminum profiles, and a containing cavity for mounting a heat insulation strip is formed in each aluminum profile; mounting grooves with opposite groove openings are formed in the cavity wall of the containing cavity, and heat insulation tooth assemblies are mounted in the mounting grooves. The heat insulation tooth assembly comprises a spur rack which is arranged at the groove bottom of the installation groove. The straight rack and the helical rack are designed to be matched to play a role in limiting installation of the heat insulation strip, the installation stability of the heat insulation strip is improved, meanwhile, the helical rack can slide relative to the straight rack, the contact area between the helical rack and the heat insulation strip can be reduced when the heat insulation strip is inserted, and therefore the friction force during installation is reduced; therefore, the heat insulation strip is more convenient to penetrate, and the installation efficiency and the finished product quality are improved.
