The invention discloses an on-site quick-assembly and quick-disassembly overhaul stand for the upper part of a rotor magnetic pole of a generator motor, which is characterized in that a planar annular passage is made by taking the inner diameter of a stator of the generator motor, the diameter of the rotor and a fan above the rotor as references, and the annular passage is formed by connecting a plurality of sector ring platforms which have the same area and are made of insulating materials; a quick-assembly and quick-disassembly mechanism is arranged between every two adjacent sector ring platforms, and the bottom of each sector ring platform is provided with an accommodating space for a magnetic pole upper lead. A stable and safe working platform is provided for operating personnel, equipment damage caused by treading on a lead on the upper portion of a magnetic pole, a damping ring flexible connector and the like is avoided, the body of the operating personnel is protected from being hurt, meanwhile, potential equipment safety hazards caused by the fact that overhauling materials and tools fall off from the position above the rotor magnetic pole are avoided, mounting and dismounting are fast, and the working efficiency is high.
