The invention relates to the technical field of fireproof cabinets, in particular to a fireproof safety cabinet. The safety cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door; the cabinet body comprises a top plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a bottom plate and a back plate; one side face of the cabinet body is of an open structure. The cabinet door is installed on one side face of the open structure of the cabinet body. The left side plate and the right side plate are both made of first plates; the first plate is of a multi-layer structure and comprises at least one layer of metal plate, two layers of fireproof plates and one layer of air interlayer; an isolation plate is arranged in the cabinet body, and the isolation plate is arranged below the top plate; and a cabinet top cavity is formed among the isolation plate, the top plate, the left side plate, the right side plate and the back plate. The air interlayers in the left and right side plates can not only improve the fireproof performance of the left and right side plates, but also realize an air circulation system in the safety cabinet. In a normal state, the indoor temperature storage standard of the safety cabinet is realized; and when a fire occurs, the fire-resistant time of the safety cabinet is prolonged.
