The bamboo fiber composite material plate comprises a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom layer which are compounded from top to bottom, the surface layer and the bottom layer are respectively formed by pressing mixed slurry of magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate and bamboo powder, the core layer is formed by pressing mixed slurry of magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, bamboo fiber and bamboo powder, glass fiber cloth is laid in the core layer, and the surface layer, the core layer and the bottom layer are integrally formed by pressing. The three-layer structure is arranged, the bamboo powder is added into the surface layer and the bottom layer to be mixed and pressed, gaps are filled, the surface layer and the bottom layer of the plate have high density, and after the bamboo powder is added, the wear resistance is excellent; the bamboo fibers and the bamboo powder are added into the middle core layer, the fracture resistance of the board is greatly improved through the added bamboo fibers, the overall structure becomes more compact through the bamboo fibers mixed in the slurry, the bamboo fibers have the effect of embedded reinforcing ribs, and the load bearing strength and the fracture resistance of the board are greatly improved.
