The invention discloses a method for preparing cement clinker by taking coal gangue as a raw material, and belongs to the field of solid waste recycling. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing coal gangue, transferring the crushed coal gangue into a ball-milling tank, adding perovskite manganese oxide nano powder, and carrying out ball-milling mixing, so as to obtain modified coal gangue powder after the ball-milling mixing is finished; and performing acoustic resonance mixing on the ground and dried limestone, manganese slag, copper slag, silica fume, disodium hydrogen phosphate and modified coal gangue powder, calcining after mixing, and cooling to obtain the cement clinker. The coal gangue is used for replacing part of raw materials, under the condition that the quality of the cement clinker is ensured, coal gangue solid waste can be properly treated, waste resources are recycled, organic matter, ash, lignin and other components in the coal gangue can provide part of heat energy, the use amount of fuel coal can be saved, energy consumption is remarkably reduced, and the cost is reduced. Therefore, the production cost of the clinker is reduced.
本发明公开了一种以煤矸石为原料制备水泥熟料的方法,属于固体废弃物回收利用领域。本发明包括如下步骤:将煤矸石粉碎后转入球磨罐,再加入钙钛矿锰氧化物纳米粉末进行球磨混合,球磨混合结束后,得到改性煤矸石粉末;将研磨烘干后石灰石、锰渣、铜渣、硅灰、磷酸氢二钠、改性煤矸石粉末进行声共振混合,混合后进行煅烧,冷却后得到水泥熟料。本发明将煤矸石替换部分原料,在确保水泥熟料质量的情况下,不仅能够妥善处理煤矸石固废物,使废弃资源得到回收利用,而且煤矸石中的有机物、灰分、木质素等成分可以提供部分热能,可节约燃料煤的使用量,显著降低能耗,从而降低熟料的生产成本。
