The invention provides an asphalt powder fiber cement-based composite material which comprises the following raw material components: fibers and a powder material, and the weight of the fibers is 0.5-2% of the weight of the powder material; the powder material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.25%-2.5% of asphalt powder, 40%-60% of cement, 30%-50% of river sand, 5%-25% of fly ash, 0.1%-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.25%-1.0% of VAE latex powder and 0.1%-1.0% of a phthalate coupling agent. The asphalt powder fiber cement-based composite material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties, and also has good bending properties, impermeability and corrosion resistance.
本发明提供了一种沥青粉末纤维水泥基复合材料,原料组分包括纤维和粉体材料,纤维重量为粉体材料重量的0.5%~2%;粉体材料包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:沥青粉末0.25%~2.5%、水泥40%~60%、河砂30%~50%、粉煤灰5%~25%、减水剂0.1%~0.5%、VAE乳胶粉0.25%~1.0%、酞酸酯偶联剂0.1%~1.0%。本发明所述的沥青粉末纤维水泥基复合材料在具有良好力学性能的同时,具有良好弯曲性能、抗渗和耐腐蚀型性能。
