The invention discloses a method for preparing oriented alumina fiber toughened ceramic by using supergravity, and relates to the technical field of high-performance ceramic. The alumina fiber provided by the invention can be used as a reinforcing phase and is directionally arranged in at least one spatial dimension in a zirconia ceramic matrix, and the invention also provides a preparation method of the alumina fiber reinforced zirconia ceramic, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing zirconia slurry added with the alumina fiber; then realizing directional arrangement of the alumina fibers in the zirconium oxide green body in a supergravity environment, and finally drying and sintering the zirconium oxide green body to obtain the alumina fiber reinforced zirconium oxide ceramic with directional arrangement. The alumina fiber reinforced zirconia ceramic prepared by the invention has excellent bending strength and fracture toughness, and the preparation method is simple, high in efficiency and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种利用超重力制备定向氧化铝纤维增韧陶瓷的方法,涉及高性能陶瓷技术领域。本发明所提供的氧化铝纤维能够作为增强相,在氧化锆陶瓷基体中的至少一个空间维度呈定向排布,且本发明还提供了这种氧化铝纤维增强氧化锆陶瓷的制备方法,首先是制备添加氧化铝纤维的氧化锆浆料,然后在超重力环境下实现氧化铝纤维在氧化锆坯体中的定向排布,最后将氧化锆坯体进行干燥、烧结,得到含有定向排布的氧化铝纤维增强氧化锆陶瓷。本发明制备的氧化铝纤维增强氧化锆陶瓷具有优良的抗弯强度与断裂韧性,同时制备方法简单、效率高,适合大规模生产。
