The invention relates to the technical field of track plate bodies, in particular to a prefabricated embedded track plate which comprises a base and a track plate body and further comprises a plurality of arc-shaped clamping blocks arranged on the track plate body and used for clamping the two sides of an I-shaped steel rail respectively. The multiple bolts are installed on the track plate body and used for driving the adjacent fasteners to be attached to the I-shaped steel rail; the multiple control type extrusion units are arranged on the track plate body, after I-shaped steel is inserted into the track plate body, the adjacent control type extrusion units can be triggered to work when bolts are tightened, then the adjacent arc-shaped clamping blocks are driven to move, and one sides of the arc-shaped clamping blocks are clamped; according to the prefabricated embedded track board, by means of cooperation of the control type extrusion units and the linkage units, friction force between the arc-shaped clamping blocks and a steel rail can be reduced during installation, the working intensity of workers is reduced, and the abrasion condition of the front portion of the steel rail is reduced.
