During use, under the position supporting limitation of the guide blocks, the reinforcement cage can be quickly inserted into the hole, meanwhile, a certain gap is reserved between the reinforcement cage and the inner wall of the concrete pile pipe, and meanwhile, a gap is reserved between the concrete pile pipe and the interior of the hole under the supporting of the outer strips and the inserting blocks; furthermore, in the process of injecting the grout and the aggregate into the concrete pile pipe, the aggregate can quickly fill the hole through a gap between the reinforcement cage and the inner wall of the concrete pile pipe, so that the reinforcement cage is prevented from hindering filling of the aggregate, and it is ensured that the pile cannot be broken.
本发明涉及基础桩施工技术领域,尤其涉及建筑施工用钻孔预应力混凝土复合桩及其使用方法,包括:导向机构,导向机构包括安装圈、导向片和支撑部件,安装圈外表面开设有外螺纹,导向片共设置有多个,多个导向片等距固定连接于安装圈内表壁,支撑部件设置于安装圈上。本发明中,使用时,在导向块的位置支撑限制下,使钢筋笼能够快速插入孔洞,同时使钢筋笼与混凝土桩管内壁之间存留一定间隙,同时在外条和插块的支撑下使混凝土桩管与孔洞内部之间存留间隙,进而在浆液和骨料注入混凝土桩管内部的过程中,骨料能够通过钢筋笼与混凝土桩管内壁之间间隙快速填充孔洞,避免钢筋笼阻碍骨料的填注,确保不会出现断桩。
