Deep foundation pit cast-in-situ bored pile enclosure invasion reinforcing treatment structure and method
The invention relates to a deep foundation pit cast-in-situ bored pile enclosure invasion reinforcing treatment structure and method. The structure is characterized in that water stop high-pressure jet grouting piles are arranged on the outer sides of enclosure piles, supports are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of a invasion area, a bottom plate cushion layer and a hidden beam reinforcing structure are adopted, and an anchor rod reinforcing structure is adopted for a soil layer of the invasion area. The method comprises the following specific steps of: (1) additionally driving high-pressure jet grouting piles on the outer sides of the deviated row piles for reinforcement; (2) after the foundation pit is excavated to the elevation of an upper layer of support in a invasion area, the sectional dimensions of original concrete enclosing purlins and concrete angle braces are enhanced; (3) when a bearing platform falling pit is excavated, the boundary invasion row piles are chiseled away while excavation is carried out; (4) in the chiseling process, reinforcing the pile foundation in the chiseling area by adopting a soil anchor rod method; and (5) after excavating to the bottom of the bearing platform pit, reinforcing the cushion layer in the area, and additionally arranging a concrete waist beam. The method can be used for solving the situation that the enclosure structure is beyond the boundary due to various reasons in engineering, the potential safety hazard of the enclosure structure is greatly reduced, and the subsequent construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种深基坑钻孔灌注桩围护侵界补强处理结构及方法,该结构包括:围护桩外侧设置止水高压旋喷桩,侵界区上下采用支撑、底板垫层及暗梁加强结构,侵界区土层采用锚杆加强结构。该方法具体步骤是:(1)偏位排桩外侧补打高压旋喷桩进行加固补强;(2)待基坑开挖至侵界区上一层支撑标高后,原有混凝土围檩及混凝土角撑截面尺寸加强;(3)开挖承台落深坑时,边挖边对侵界排桩进行凿除;(4)凿除过程中,同时采用土层锚杆法对此凿除区域桩基进行加强;(5)开挖至承台坑底后,此区域垫层加强,增设混凝土腰梁。本发明可用于解决工程中由于各种原因导致围护结构侵界的情况,大幅减小围护结构的安全隐患,减少后续施工成本。
