The method comprises the steps that a rack is erected on a pile well; at least two hanging bars are hung on each penetrating bar at intervals, the two penetrating bars are erected on the two sides of a hoisting frame, the hoisting frame is hoisted, all the hanging bars are gradually lowered into the pile well through a through cavity in the rack, and multiple stirrups are bound with all the hanging bars in the rack after lowering every time till lowering is completed and binding of the stirrups is completed; a plurality of main reinforcement modules are hung into the pile well and bound with the stirrups in the rack to form a reinforcement cage prototype; the two penetrating rods are lifted to gradually lift the reinforcement cage prototype from the pile well, all the main reinforcement modules and stirrups in the rack are bound after each time of lifting till lifting is completed and all the main reinforcement modules are bound, and finally the reinforcement cage is formed; and the reinforcement cage is lowered into the pile well, and the rack is dismantled. The construction difficulty of the square anti-slide pile reinforcement cage can be reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction risk and the construction cost are reduced.
