The basement fire-fighting pipeline and flood drainage device comprises a basement, a fire pool and a roof fire water tank, the system is characterized in that the fire pool is fixedly arranged beside the basement; the roof fire water tank is arranged on the roof of the highest building of the community; an indoor drainage ditch is arranged below the basement and the fire pool, and a flood-control water-collecting well is arranged at a place close to the fire pool and is communicated with the indoor drainage ditch; a high-power flood control pump is mounted beside the flood control water-collecting well; and a flood-prevention water-collecting well water level control switch is arranged on the flood-prevention water-collecting well. The existing fire-fighting water outlet pipe and the roof fire-fighting water tank are used for discharging, and the water level of the basement is quickly lowered in time due to the actual conditions of large water discharge amount, difficulty in backward flowing and the like, so that the purposes of flood control and drainage are achieved. The construction process is convenient, fast, economical, applicable, labor-saving, time-saving and remarkable in row effect.
