The invention relates to a connection part of a steel pipe steel rib coal gangue concrete column and a section steel beam and a construction method thereof, which comprises a connection node of a built-in H-shaped steel pipe column with an upper end plate and a lower end plate and the section steel beam, a core coal gangue concrete column, a semicircular steel column with a bolt hole end plate and a reinforcing plate, and high-strength bolts of the reinforcing plate in the direction of the end plate and in the lateral direction. All the steel members are precisely machined in a machining factory. A small amount of welding and high-strength bolts are adopted for connecting and assembling on the construction site, and finally core coal gangue concrete is poured. According to the construction method, the complex construction environment and high-intensity labor are avoided, the light weight, high strength and energy dissipation capacity of the steel pipe concrete structure are brought into full play, and the excellent bearing capacity, rigidity and ductility of the steel reinforced concrete are utilized. Meanwhile, effective resource utilization of the coal gangue is achieved, and the requirements of modern large-span buildings are met. According to the connecting part, the engineering quality and efficiency are improved, the engineering cost is effectively reduced, and the applicability, safety and stability of the structure are ensured.
