The support comprises an upper seat plate, a lower seat plate, a vibration reduction assembly, a pre-pressing assembly and a horizontal buffering and limiting assembly. And the upper seat plate and the lower seat plate are fixedly connected with an upper building and a lower building respectively. The two ends of the vibration reduction assembly are connected with the bottom of the upper seat plate and the top of the lower seat plate correspondingly, and the vibration reduction assembly comprises multiple sets of high-rigidity springs arranged in an array. Each pre-pressing assembly comprises a first supporting frame, a second supporting frame, an adjusting screw rod and a locking nut, the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame are symmetrically arranged up and down, the two ends of the adjusting screw rod penetrate through the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame correspondingly, the locking nuts are in threaded connection with the two ends of the adjusting screw rod, and the damping assembly can be adjusted to be in a rated bearing state through the pre-pressing assemblies. The horizontal buffering and limiting assembly buffers and limits the horizontal relative movement between the upper base plate and the lower base plate.
