UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) beam shear-resistant reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of UHPC beams, and discloses a UHPC beam shear-resistant reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof.The UHPC beam shear-resistant reinforcing structure comprises a steel structure and an ultra-high performance concrete structure poured on the steel structure later, at least two sets of shear-resistant rib plates are integrally formed on the top end face of the steel structure, and an upper row of connecting holes and a lower row of connecting holes are formed in the shear-resistant rib plates; a transverse reinforcing steel bar is inserted between the upper and lower pairs of connecting holes, the two ends of the transverse reinforcing steel bar penetrate through the upper and lower groups of connecting holes forming one pair respectively, and the end part of the transverse reinforcing steel bar is provided with an external thread and is in threaded connection with a fastening nut. According to the invention, the plurality of groups of transverse steel bars are fixedly connected with the anti-shearing rib plate, ribs of a reinforced structure are formed for pouring of the ultra-high performance concrete structure in the later period, the edge connection of the formed UHPC beam is firmer, and meanwhile, the anti-shearing rib plate additionally arranged on the steel structure is directly poured in the ultra-high performance concrete structure; therefore, the ultra-high performance concrete structure is not easy to separate and slide from the steel structure after being subjected to shear force, and the shear resistance of the UHPC beam is improved.
本发明涉及UHPC梁技术领域,且公开了UHPC梁抗剪加固结构及其施工方法,包括钢结构以及后期浇注在钢结构上的超高性能混凝土结构,钢结构的顶端面一体成型设置有至少两组抗剪肋板,抗剪肋板上开设有上下两排连接孔,上下一对的两个连接孔之间插接有横向钢筋,横向钢筋的两端分别贯穿组成一对的上下两组连接孔,横向钢筋的端部设置有外螺纹且螺纹连接有紧固螺帽。本发明中,多组横向钢筋与抗剪肋板固定连接,为后期超高性能混凝土结构的浇注形成增强结构的肋条,形成的UHPC梁边缘连接更加坚固,同时附加在钢结构上的抗剪肋板直接浇注在超高性能混凝土结构内,使得超高性能混凝土结构在受到剪切力后不易与钢结构分离滑动,增加了UHPC梁的抗剪能力。
