The invention discloses a detection method and device for airport pavement crack segmentation. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an airport pavement crack image; training the airfield pavement crack segmentation model, and generating a crack segmentation prediction result for the airfield pavement crack image based on the trained model; and forming a crack pavement safety state detection report based on a prediction result. The device comprises a processor and a memory. According to the method, a new loss function is introduced into the airfield pavement crack segmentation model, so that the migration generalization ability of the model among different airfield pavement scenes is improved, and the detection precision of the airfield pavement cracks is improved.
