The benzene ring of the prepared water-retaining agent is of a rigid structure, and when concrete is pumped, molecules of the water-retaining agent stretch in the shearing direction due to the rigid structure of the benzene ring under the shearing action, so that the molecules of the water-retaining agent have no influence on the plastic viscosity of the concrete, and the pumpability is better.
本发明提出了一种泵送混凝土用保水剂及其制备方法,属于混凝土保水剂技术领域。制备所述泵送混凝土用保水剂的原料包括:中间体100份、环氧氯丙烷50‑200份、NaOH溶液2‑10份和高氯酸溶液10‑50份,制备所述中间体的原料按重量份数计,包括100份2,5‑二羟基苯甲酸甲酯和150‑450份单体,所述单体为端位氨基取代的脂肪族一元酸。本发明制备的保水剂具有的苯环为刚性结构,当混凝土泵送时,保水剂分子在剪切作用下,由于苯环的刚性结构,分子链朝剪切方向舒展,使得保水剂分子对混凝土的塑性粘度没有影响,可泵性更好。
