The coal gasification slag-based self-foaming lightweight concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of coal gasification fine slag, 20 to 30 parts of waste incineration bottom ash, 10 to 30 parts of composite admixture, 5 to 20 parts of composite exciting agent, 20 to 40 parts of fine aggregate, 40 to 60 parts of water, 0.3 to 0.5 part of sodium lactate, 0.3 to 0.5 part of water reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.7 part of cellulose ether and 0.3 to 0.5 part of redispersible latex powder. The invention has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, small environmental pollution, simple process flow, multiple curing modes and excellent performance in various aspects, can replace the traditional foam concrete, can effectively reduce the use of cement-based cementing materials, and promotes the recycling and large-scale utilization of solid waste materials.
