The invention provides a direct preparation method of a fly ash-slag geopolymer composite material compositely modified by sol type nano SiO2 and a water reducing agent. Firstly, sol-type nano SiO2 is prepared in situ through a sol-gel method, the sol-type nano SiO2 and a water reducing agent are jointly added into coal ash-slag geopolymer slurry and mixed uniformly, the sol-type nano SiO2 provides a high-activity reactant, and the water reducing agent optimizes the working performance of the geopolymer, so that the reaction rate of the geopolymer is increased, the pore structure is more compact, and the porosity of the geopolymer is improved. And finally, relatively good mechanical properties and durability are obtained. Under the action of the two admixtures of the sol-type nano SiO2 and the water reducing agent, the coal ash-slag geopolymer can obtain better mechanical property and durability under the condition of lower dosage of the alkali activator, and has better flowability at the same time.
本发明提供一种溶胶型纳米SiO2和减水剂复合改性的粉煤灰‑矿渣地聚物复合材料直接制备方法。首先通过溶胶凝胶法原位制备溶胶型纳米SiO2,将其和减水剂共同加入粉煤灰‑矿渣地聚物浆体混合均匀,溶胶型纳米SiO2提供了高活性的反应物,减水剂优化了地聚物的工作性能,从而使得地聚物的反应速率加快,孔隙结构更加致密,最终获得较好的力学性能和耐久性。在溶胶型纳米SiO2和减水剂两种外加剂的作用下,粉煤灰‑矿渣地聚物能够在较低的碱激发剂用量下获得较好力学性能和耐久性,同时拥有较好的流动性。
