Hydrophobic zeolite/cement/silica sol composite microsphere and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses hydrophobic zeolite/cement/silica sol composite microspheres and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the following steps that 1, natural zeolite and an acid solution with the concentration being 3-8 mol/L are taken and mixed according to the proportion of (80-160 g): 1 L, a reaction is conducted for 12-48 h at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C, then washing, suction filtration, drying and grinding are conducted in sequence, and high-silica zeolite is obtained; step 2, mixing and uniformly stirring high-silicon zeolite, cement and a silica sol cementing material according to a ratio of (600-1000g): (80-160g): 1L, putting the mixture into a mold, and sequentially demolding and drying in the shade after the mixture is solidified, so as to obtain zeolite/cement/silica sol composite microspheres; and step 3, firstly dissolving a coupling agent in alcohol to prepare a coupling agent/alcohol solution with the concentration of 0.05%-10%, then impregnating the zeolite/cement/silica sol composite microspheres in the coupling agent/alcohol solution, and impregnating at normal temperature for 24-48 hours to obtain hydrophobic zeolite/cement/silica sol composite microspheres which have good mechanical strength, high hydrophobicity and excellent VOCs adsorption performance.
本发明公开了一种疏水性沸石/水泥/硅溶胶复合微球及其制备方法,方法包括如下步骤:步骤1、按照比例(80~160g):1L,取天然沸石和浓度为3~8mol/L的酸溶液混合,在70~90℃,反应12~48h,然后依次洗涤、抽滤、烘干和研磨,得到高硅沸石;步骤2、按照比例(600~1000g):(80~160g):1L,将高硅沸石、水泥和硅溶胶胶凝材料混合并搅拌均匀后,装入模具,待其凝固,依次脱模和阴干,得到沸石/水泥/硅溶胶复合微球;步骤3、先将偶联剂溶解于醇中,配制出浓度为0.05%~10%的偶联剂/醇溶液,再将沸石/水泥/硅溶胶复合微球浸渍于偶联剂/醇溶液,常温下,渗渍24~48h,得到疏水性沸石/水泥/硅溶胶复合微球,具有良好的机械强度、高疏水性和优异的VOCs吸附性能。
