The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous silicon carbide film by sintering core-shell structure powder. The surfaces of the silicon carbide particles are coated with a proper amount of aluminum sol, so that the reaction of silicon dioxide and a sintering aid in the sintering process is promoted, and the chemical stability and the separation performance of the porous silicon carbide film are further improved. Compared with a porous silicon carbide film prepared by mechanically mixing and adding a sintering aid, the prepared porous silicon carbide film has the advantages that the pore size distribution is more uniform, and the alkali resistance is remarkably improved. The method for improving the alkali resistance of the porous silicon carbide membrane is simple, can be well suitable for cleaning pollution of the ceramic membrane by using a chemical cleaning reagent in the industry, and has a very good application prospect in the fields of oil-water separation and the like.
本发明公开了一种利用核壳结构粉体烧结制备多孔碳化硅膜的方法。本发明通过在碳化硅颗粒表面包覆适量的铝溶胶,从而促进烧结过程中二氧化硅和烧结助剂的反应,进而提高多孔碳化硅膜的化学稳定性和分离性能。所制备的多孔碳化硅膜相较于使用机械混合添加烧结助剂制备的多孔碳化硅膜,孔径分布更加均匀,耐碱性能有显著提升。本发明中提高多孔碳化硅膜耐碱性能的方法简单,可以很好地适应工业中使用化学清洗试剂对陶瓷膜的污染进行清洗,在油水分离等领域具有非常好的应用前景。
