The invention relates to a construction method of an inflatable side form with a water stop steel plate, which is used for construction of a post-cast strip of a cast-in-place structure and comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a cushion layer on a foundation; s2, lower-layer reinforcing bars are constructed on the cushion layer; s3, supporting and limiting structures with vertical limiting grooves in the two sides are uniformly distributed and constructed on the lower-layer reinforcing bars in the length direction of the post-cast strip; s4, first inflation hoses with one ends closed are jointly placed in the multiple vertical limiting grooves in the same side, and then the tops of the multiple vertical limiting grooves in the same side are jointly connected with a water stop steel plate body; the cast-in-place structural steel bars are laid, meanwhile, the water stop steel plate body is connected through the supporting limiting structures and the hoops, meanwhile, vertical limiting spaces of the inflation hoses are formed on the upper side and the lower side of the water stop steel plate body correspondingly, and after the inflation hoses are placed in and inflated to expand, lateral blocking can be formed; therefore, a side mold is replaced for supporting in post-cast strip construction, and the construction difficulty and complexity of the post-cast strip side mold with the water stop steel plate are reduced.
本发明涉及带止水钢板充气式侧模的施工方法,用于现浇结构后浇带的施工,包括如下步骤:S1、在基础上施工垫层;S2、在垫层上施工下层配筋;S3、在下层配筋上沿后浇带的长度方向均布施工两侧均带有立向限位槽的支撑限位结构;S4、在同侧若干立向限位槽内共同放入一端封闭的第一充气软管,随后在同侧若干立向限位槽顶部共同连接止水钢板本体;本申请通过,在现浇结构钢筋铺设的同时通过支撑限位结构和抱箍连接止水钢板本体,同时在止水钢板本体的上下两侧分别形成充气软管的立向限位空间,充气软管放入并充气膨胀后,能够形成侧向阻隔,从而取代侧模进行后浇带施工的支撑,降低了带止水钢板后浇带侧模的施工难度和繁琐程度。
