The invention relates to a sanitary fitting, comprising: a regulating device for regulating the temperature of a liquid to be dispensed, in particular mixed water, and for regulating the flow rate of the liquid to be dispensed; a first sensor designed to recognize a gesture of a user and a second sensor designed to recognize an object are arranged, and the sensors, the adjusting device and the output device can be connected to a control device, the output device is controlled by means of the control device in such a way that the liquid is output by means of the output device in accordance with the recognized first gesture, and the liquid is output by means of the output device as soon as an object is recognized by means of the second sensor.
