The invention discloses a steel wire net frame composite insulation board and a preparation method thereof.The steel wire net frame composite insulation board comprises a steel wire net, a polyphenyl particle insulation board, web wires and a concrete layer, the polyphenyl particle insulation board is located between the steel wire net and the concrete layer, one end of each web wire sequentially penetrates through the concrete layer and the polyphenyl particle insulation board, and the other end of each web wire penetrates through the concrete layer. Welding connection with the steel wire mesh is realized; the preparation method of the insulation board comprises the following steps: a) laying the polyphenyl granule insulation board on the upper layer of the steel wire mesh; b) obliquely inserting a web wire into the polyphenyl granule insulation board, so that the bottom of the web wire is propped against the steel wire mesh, and the included angle between the web wire and the upper surface of the polyphenyl granule insulation board is 40-50 degrees; c) the bottom ends of the web wires are connected with the steel wire gauze in a welded mode, and meanwhile it is ensured that the tops of the web wires protrude out of the polyphenyl particle heat preservation plate; and d) pouring a concrete layer on one side, far away from the steel wire mesh, of the polyphenyl granule insulation board to form a composite insulation structure.
