A multifunctional electronic lock of a metering box comprises an electronic lock body, an electronic lock body protection cover, a rotating spring bolt, a fixing table, a lock cylinder, a power output component and an anti-loosening component. The rotating spring bolt is rotationally connected with the electronic lock main body protection cover, and the state of the rotating spring bolt comprises a folded locking state and a falling unlocking state; the fixing table is rotationally arranged in the electronic lock body protection cover and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the metering box, the electronic lock body can rotate around the fixing table due to the fact that the fixing table is fixed, and a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the side wall of the fixing table in the circumferential direction; the lock cylinder is arranged in the electronic lock body protection cover in a sliding mode and comprises a guide column, a lock cylinder body and a lock cylinder body, and the guide column can slide into the fixing hole; a second motor is further arranged on the outer side of the electronic lock body and used for driving the electronic lock body to rotate. A third motor is arranged on the outer side of the electronic lock body and used for driving the rotating spring bolt to rotate. And a two-step locking mode is designed, so that the locking stability and reliability are guaranteed.
