The invention relates to the field of bulletproof ceramic preparation, in particular to a bulletproof ceramic preparation method which comprises the following steps: determining a structural characteristic state of a green body according to a thickness uniform value and a curvature reference value so as to determine a setting mode of a humidity detection point; determining the states of the detection points according to the positions of the residual detection points, and further determining different adjustment modes; determining the grain type according to the grain size range of the grain size; an adjusting mode is determined according to reference values of the number of different types of crystal grains, the heat preservation time of the second stage is adjusted, or the sintering temperature of the second stage is adjusted, or the heating rate of the first stage is adjusted, or the content of a sintering aid is adjusted; in the first dense reference state, the temperature rise rate of the first stage is adjusted or the sintering temperature of the second stage is adjusted. Parameters in the preparation process can be optimized according to the quality of a sintered product and the quality of a green body.
本发明涉及防弹陶瓷制备领域,尤其涉及一种防弹陶瓷的制备方法,包括根据厚度统一值和曲率参考值确定生坯的结构特征状态进而确定湿度检测点的设置方式;根据各残留检测点的位置确定检测点状态,进而确定不同的调节方式;根据晶粒粒径所处的晶粒粒径范围确定晶粒类型;根据不同类型晶粒数量参考值确定调节方式,针对第二阶段的保温时间进行调节,或,针对第二阶段的烧结温度进行调节,或,针对第一阶段的升温速率进行调节或针对烧结助剂含量进行调节;在第一致密参考状态下针对第一阶段的升温速率进行调节或针对第二阶段的烧结温度进行调节。本发明能够根据烧结完成制品质量和生坯质量对制备过程中的参数进行优化。
