本发明的目的是要提供一种强度高，减少生产成本，提高生产效率，装配快捷，运输方便的预制围墙的生产和装配工艺，步骤如下：立柱的整体成型为单独一个模具生产，一个模具同时可生产脱模7根单边立柱，两根单边立柱螺丝固定组合成整根成品立柱；组装好立柱尺寸为：高3000mm，宽130mm，厚130mm，模具设计要求为立柱3000mm高度内任意调节尺寸生产；长方板：单独一个模具生产，一个模具同时可生产脱模2块面板，每一块面板都可作为独立面板使用；长方板尺寸：长2400mm，高500mm，厚35mm，模具设计要求为面板长2400mm，高500mm，长度与高度内任意调节尺寸生产；本发明的有益效果是减少生产成本和产品品质，提高生产效率，装配快捷，运输方便，强度高。
