本发明公开了一种预应力叠合预制楼梯的生产方法及楼梯,所述生产方法包括以下步骤:将多根预应力钢筋穿过预制底板模具,对预应力钢筋的两端张拉至设定拉力,然后向预制底板模具内浇筑混凝土;对预制底板模具的混凝土进行养护,待混凝土强度达到要求,松开预应力钢筋,进行脱模,得到预制底板;在预制底板上放置钢筋网,将预制底板和钢筋网放入楼梯模具中,并向楼梯模具内浇筑混凝土,并进行振捣;对楼梯模具内的混凝土进行养护,待混凝土强度达到要求,进行脱模,得到预应力叠合预制楼梯;本发明的预制底板内采用预应力钢筋,楼梯的使用载荷首先抵消混凝土中已有的预压力,因而提高了预制楼梯的强度,减少了横向裂缝的产生。
