The asphalt mixture provided by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of aggregate, 20 to 30 parts of aggregate, 10 to 15 parts of matrix asphalt, 5 to 10 parts of modified filler mixture and 1 to 5 parts of functional additive, the modified filler mixture comprises modified aluminum oxide and biphenyl tellurium, and a preparation method of the modified aluminum oxide comprises the following steps: insulating aluminum oxide powder at 90-100 DEG C for 2-3 hours to obtain activated powder, dispersing the activated powder in ethyl acetate to obtain a dispersion liquid, adding a coupling agent and 2, 4-diphenyl-1, 3-pentanedione into the dispersion liquid, and stirring to obtain the modified aluminum oxide. Stirring and reacting with 2, 3-difluoropyridine, filtering out, and drying to obtain the modified aluminum oxide. According to the present invention, the strength and the rutting resistance of the cured asphalt mixture at the high temperature can be significantly improved, and the crack resistance at the low temperature can be improved.
