The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to epoxy resin concrete for a catch basin and a preparation process thereof. The cement, the silica fume, the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate, the water reducing agent, the fly ash, the modified epoxy resin, the curing agent, the diluent and the water are mixed to obtain epoxy concrete slurry, and the epoxy concrete with good mechanical property and ageing resistance for the catch basin is obtained through curing. A preparation process of the modified epoxy resin comprises the following steps: (1) preparing eugenol glycidyl ether by taking eugenol and epoxy chloropropane as raw materials; (2) enabling eugenol glycidyl ether to react with 1, 1, 3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane, and then grafting 4-isopropylamino diphenylamine, so as to obtain silicon-containing dihydric alcohol; (3) mixing silicon-containing dihydric alcohol and polyethylene glycol, and reacting with isophorone diisocyanate to obtain a silicon-containing polyurethane prepolymer; and (4) mixing the silicon-containing polyurethane prepolymer with epoxy resin to obtain the modified epoxy resin.
