Fabricated detachable composite beam bridge and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated detachable composite beam bridge and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction. The beam bridge comprises steel beams arranged in the transverse bridge direction and UHPC prefabricated bridge decks. The ends of the longitudinal connecting pieces of the steel beams are located in the reserved pouring areas of the UHPC prefabricated bridge deck slabs. A plurality of reserved holes in the transverse bridge direction are formed in the UHPC prefabricated bridge deck slab, and tensioning rod pieces are arranged in the reserved holes; the tensioning rod pieces are connected with the adjacent UHPC prefabricated bridge deck slabs, and the ends of the tensioning rod pieces are located in the reserved pouring areas. The butt joint face of the contact position between every two adjacent UHPC prefabricated bridge deck slabs is of a tongue-and-groove structure, the contact position is covered with a prefabricated cover plate, and the lower surface of the prefabricated cover plate and the upper surface of the contact position are of tooth-shaped structures which are meshed with each other. Through the arrangement, the integrity and rigidity of the two UHPC prefabricated bridge deck slabs are improved. And the reserved pouring area for wet operation is located above the steel beam, and potential safety hazards caused by a large amount of wet operation at the suspended position are avoided.
本发明涉及一种装配式可拆卸组合梁桥及其施工方法,属于桥梁建设技术领域。梁桥包括沿横桥向排列的钢梁和UHPC预制桥面板;钢梁的纵向连接件的端部位于UHPC预制桥面板的预留浇筑区中;UHPC预制桥面板中设置有多个横桥向的预留孔洞,预留孔洞中设置有张拉杆件;张拉杆件连接相邻的UHPC预制桥面板,其端部位于预留浇筑区中;相邻的UHPC预制桥面板之间的接触位置的对接面为企口结构,接触位置的上方覆盖有预制盖板,预制盖板的下表面与接触位置的上表面为互相啮合的齿状结构。通过以上设置增加了两UHPC预制桥面板的整体性和刚度。并且湿作业的预留浇筑区位于钢梁上方,避免了悬空位置的大量湿作业所带来的安全隐患。
