The deformed plate is placed below the steel beam bottom plate, and a plug welding hole is formed in the position, right opposite to the gap, of the deformed plate; then the deformation plate is elastically deformed through jacking and pressing until the deformation plate is completely attached to the steel beam bottom plate, and the deformation plate and the steel beam bottom plate are rapidly pre-fixed through positioned welding; after top pressure is removed, secondary welding reinforcement is carried out; and finally, the redundant thickness of the deformed plate is cut off, and leveling is completed. According to the scheme, the method that the plug welding holes are formed in the support base plate, positioned welding is conducted in the jacking state, jacking equipment is removed, and then reinforcement is conducted is adopted, gaps can be reduced as much as possible, the deformed plate can be rapidly leveled conveniently, and the durability, stability and safety of the whole bridge are improved.
本发明提供了一种桥梁支座调平方法,涉及钢结构桥梁加工制造技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1定位→S2开孔→S3压实→S4焊接→S5加固→S6调平。先将变形板放置于钢梁底板下方,在变形板正对间隙的部位开设塞焊孔;然后通过顶压使变形板弹性变形,直至与钢梁底板完全贴合,采用定位焊快速使变形板与钢梁底板预固定;撤除顶压后再二次焊接加固;最后切除变形板的多余厚度,完成调平。本方案中在支座垫板上开设塞焊孔,在顶压状态下定位焊,撤除顶压设备后再加固的方法,能够尽量减小间隙,便于快速调平变形板,提高桥梁整体的耐久性、稳定性以及安全性。
