The sliding type intelligent inclinometer probe comprises a probe body and guide wheel sets arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the probe body, each guide wheel set comprises a guide wheel arm connected with the probe body, guide wheels and guide wheel knuckle bearings, and the guide wheels are installed at the two ends of each guide wheel arm through the guide wheel knuckle bearings. The two guide wheels are located on the two sides of the probe body and rotate and swing relative to the guide wheel arms through the guide wheel knuckle bearings. The upper and lower guide wheels can automatically adjust the state through the guide wheel knuckle bearing to adapt to the change of the track direction to enter a spiral track or a vertical track.
