The invention discloses a high slope rock mass slope active reinforcing system and a using method thereof.The reinforcing system comprises an outer sleeve, an end base plate, an anchor cable, a vibration structure, a connecting structure and a base plate, one end of the outer sleeve is connected with one face of the end base plate, and the anchor cable and the vibration structure are arranged in the outer sleeve; one end of the anchor cable sequentially penetrates through the end base plate and the base plate, the connecting structure is connected with the end base plate, and the base plate is connected with the other face of the end base plate. Through the effect of the vibration structure, vibration of a grouting material in the outer sleeve can be achieved during use, so that bubbles generated after grouting of the interior of the outer sleeve can be greatly reduced, and then the overall reinforcing effect of the whole reinforcing system can be better; and the situation that the reinforcement of part of the reinforcement components is poor due to poor grouting effect is avoided.
本发明公开了一种高边坡岩体边坡主动加固系统及其使用方法,所述加固系统包括外套管、端垫板、锚索、震动结构、衔接结构和垫板,所述外套管一端与端垫板的一面连接,所述锚索及震动结构设置在外套管内部,锚索一端依次贯穿端垫板及垫板,所述衔接结构与端垫板连接,所述垫板与端垫板的另一面连接。本发明中通过震动结构的作用,在使用时,可以实现对外套管内部灌浆料的震动,从而能够极大的减少外套管内部灌浆后气泡的产生,进而能够使得整个加固系统的整体加固效果更佳,不会出现部分加固构件可能因灌浆效果差导致的加固变差。
